My HomeBoy! is in jail and I'm trying to get some info. So I searched the Dade county jail website. I input the name. He wasn't in the system yet. At the top of the list of related names I noticed a D.O.B.(Birthday to US). It was the exact same as mine(year and all). So here is the listing. He is in for 1st degree murder with a fire arm. Charged December 7 2008. I have to appreciate my freedom more.
more research reveals Ellius Hayes is a convicted sex offender prior to the murder charge.

I pulled up at my house with Danny. We just busted some ass on a drywall job. Closeing out the moment we we're drink brew and lookin at the sky. THe flashes of lightning inspired my plaster powdered self to grab the cam. Filthy as I was the images are great. One strike hit on my second shot. Seven shots later I caught the magic. A major bolt and now I see It made a rainbow. I've never seen a photot of lightning with a rainbow. Look in the bottom right corner. I blew it up anyway.
P.S. I'm the MAN!
